Real Estate Brand Design Project
This project focuses on the creation of a new logo and the development of a cohesive offline marketing system for Betz Immobilien. The materials were designed to strengthen the brand’s visibility within the town and surrounding areas, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and local presence. The offline applications included posters, flyers, public signage, and large “For Sale” property signs placed directly on listed buildings. The goal was to ensure that key information could be absorbed within seconds—whether people were walking by or driving past—while maintaining a high level of brand recognition. By consistently applying the brand’s colors, typography, and visual identity, the project translates the essence of Betz Immobilien into the physical environment, creating a trustworthy, recognizable, and community-oriented brand experience.
